Return, Exchange & Refund Policy | Zinatex

This policy applies to purchases made through our website and at our Franklin Park warehouse location.
At Zinatex, we offer wholesale-priced luxury vinyl flooring and area rugs. We keep our pricing low by using a
streamlined returns process: we accept exchanges or store credit on eligible items (see below).
Standard Returns (Exchange / Store Credit)
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery or pickup for an
exchange or store credit.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
- In resalable condition (no cut pieces, opened boxes, missing parts, or wear)
- Returned with the order number and proof of purchase
Not eligible for return/exchange:
- Clearance / final sale items
- Special-order or made-to-order items
- Items that have been installed, used, or opened (including opened flooring boxes)
Return shipping / return drop-off:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed defective or we shipped the wrong item.
- Returns may be dropped off at our warehouse during business hours (please contact us first for authorization).
Restocking / handling: A reasonable restocking or handling fee may apply on approved returns (if applicable, we will confirm before processing).
Exchanges
If your return qualifies, you may exchange for the same item (same SKU/color/specs) when available, or choose an
alternate eligible item using store credit. Store credit does not expire.
Order Cancellations & Changes
- Requests to cancel or change an order must be submitted before the order is processed, staged, or picked up.
- Once an order is processed or staged for pickup/delivery, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives with visible shipping damage, a manufacturer defect, or you received the wrong item, you must contact us within
48 hours of delivery or pickup.

You may be asked to provide photos and order details for review. If your claim is confirmed, we will do one of the following:
- Provide a replacement for the same item when stock is available, or
- Issue store credit, or
- Issue a refund to the original payment method when replacement is not available or as required by law
Approved claims are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
Damage caused by improper handling, storage, installation, or shipping arranged by the customer is not covered. Normal variation in dye lots,
pattern placement, or screen/lighting color differences is not considered a defect.
Special-Order & Clearance Items
All clearance, sale, and special-order products are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund
(except in cases of confirmed defect or incorrect item as outlined above).
Refund Method
For standard eligible returns, we provide exchange or store credit. Refunds are only issued for confirmed
defective/incorrect items when replacement is not available or as required by law. Any approved refund will be issued to the
original payment method.
How to Start a Return / Exchange
- Email us your order number, items, and reason for return: admin@zinatexrugs.com
- Wait for return authorization and instructions before sending items back
- Once received and inspected, we will process your exchange/store credit within 5–10 business days
