Return & Refund Policy — Zinatex Flooring

At Zinatex Flooring, we supply wholesale-priced luxury vinyl flooring and area rugs to contractors, businesses, and residential customers. Due to the nature of wholesale and clearance-level pricing, all sales are final.

Returns & Cancellations

Please note that:

  • Returns are not accepted
  • Exchanges are not accepted
  • Order cancellations are not accepted once processed or picked up

We strongly recommend confirming product specifications — including color, thickness, coverage, quantity, and installation suitability — before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives with visible damage or manufacturer defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

You may be asked to provide photos and delivery details for review. If damage or defect is confirmed, we will:

  • Provide a replacement for the same item when stock is available, or
  • Issue store credit

Damage caused by improper handling, storage, installation, or shipping arranged by the customer is not covered.

Special-Order & Clearance Items

All clearance, sale, and special-order products are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

Refund Method

Because returns are not accepted, refunds are not issued except in the rare case of confirmed shipping damage or manufacturing defect as outlined above.
